Thanks to their high homogeneity (e.g. EFS/ESR treatment) and stable microstructural composition, they provide reliable performance even in the most demanding forming cycles. They are ideal for stamping tools, die casting molds and other structural applications where temperatures range from tens to hundreds of °C.

For applications with high heat stress – such as pressing, pressing or pressure forming tools – we offer special types such as DIN 1.2343 EFS/ESR , DIN 1.2344 EFS , DIN 1.2714 (56NiCrMoV7) or DIN 1.2738 mod. HH . These steels are optimized for high heat resistance, excellent annealing and quenching properties, and long-term durability in extreme conditions.
